Our view
It made 20 launches in three weeks, 5 of which graduated with a few hundred dollars of liquidity each. Its docs say there are no admin functions, but the verified contract has an admin role that can withdraw all vault USDC, and the vault held 6 USDC against 429 USDC of recorded contributions (contract source and on-chain reads by the researchers).
